I have had face-to-face social interaction with only two other human beings today: one was a man who works for Orange giving me my new phone, and the other was Impossibly Hot Guy from upstairs (!!!) who got the lift at the same time as me and gave me a smile and a wink. I like to think it wasn’t a smile derived from pity because of my walking stick.

I saw Radiohead in Prague last weekend and apart from the gig being very much mindblowing (A Wolf At The Door, anyone?) the company was blissful all weekend and I would give anything to be in the same room as any of those people right now. Even if Radiohead suddenly got shit - which, let’s face it, is not going to happen, but humour me here - I’d go to the gigs anyway just for the sheer joy that comes from being around people I love. This could turn into a big rambly post about how much the internet is made of win, but I won’t let it as it’s bedtime and I’m on my blackberry (which, although awesome, I cannot type essays on yet).

In other news, after watching Charlie Brooker’s You Have Been Watching on Tuesday night, I now really fancy Victoria Coren (as well as my continuing insatiable crush on Mr Brooker himself). May attempt to engineer dreams of her abrasive wit and lovely face tonight.
